VISIT ORANG UTAN AT TANJUNG PUTING ISLAND

Arrival in Banjarmasin, pick you up at the airport, transfer you to Hotel. If you have time; sight seeing cruise by small motor-boat for a Canal trip.17:00 see the Venice of the east, the local people live by each side of canal (the most interesting part to get in touch of local Banjar people). The Children jumping into the canal and the locals washing them selves (bathing).

DAY 2
06:00 to 08.00 by slow motor boat through Martapura river pass the grand mosque, the Kuin Canal. In the mouth of the canal is the Barito river which is the widest river in Borneo, here is the floating market over 300 canoes do the business. Go on including visit the delta man grout monkey Island in habitat by a thousand monkey. See their antic, they are even willingly to eat peanut from your hand or bananas.

Transfer to the airport fly out Banjarmasin by small plan leaving for Pangkalan Bun (central Borneo) up on arrival you will be picking up by a guide. Transfer 20 km to Kumai. Boarding your boat for 2 hours journey to the rehabilitation center. Along this trip your will be excited and entertained by the long nose monkey (proboscis) along the never bank. Overnight on the boat. (D).

DAY 3
After breakfast continue cruising to camp Leakey watching the beauty of the loving natural habitat and some birds. You my see crocodile on shore. Lizard, dear crab-eating, macaques, honey bear. Upon arrival will be meet by one of the park ranger who will take you into the forest to some of the Orang Utan who have been being rehabilitated, there are over hundred Orang Utan were being rehabilitated and releasing them to the forest and you might see some of the wild ones on the way, seeing and learning of these half human creature. Spend the night on the boat. (B,L,D).

DAY 4
Having had breakfast cruising slowly down the river while listening to the sound of nature, your eyes easily able to observe some species of birds flying over you and the trees. Return to Kumai over night in hotel. (B, L).

DAY 5
